- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Signature Confirmation
For high-value orders, Velora Gold House may require an adult signature upon delivery to help protect your purchase.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us immediately at support@veloragoldhouse.com. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Velora Gold House is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items

- Resized jewelry.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (when available) or for defective merchandise. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order.
